50-minute partner/family session: $200

75-minute and 90-minute individual and partner sessions available at an additional rate

When I’m able to, I do negotiate my rate.

If you don't see your insurance listed, I can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. 

A typical counseling session at Calm Roots Counseling lasts for 50 minutes, although some sessions may be longer or shorter depending on your needs and preferences.

I require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel appointments. If you notify me less than 24 hours before the appointment, you are required to pay $75 for the missed session..

All major credit cards are accepted. HSA/FSA cards are also accepted. 

I typically work Monday-Wednesday from 9AM-6PM, Thursday from 9AM-5PM, Friday from 9AM-3PM, & Saturday from 8AM-12:30 PM. If you reach out  on Sunday, that day is not considered business hours, and I won’t respond to your inquiry until the next business day.
